Raise Your Paws Pet-Friendly Worship Service

What to Expect:

Join us at St. Johannes Lutheran Church every second Sunday of the month for the Raise Your Paws Pet-Friendly Worship, also known as BYOP (Bring Your Own Pet). This unique worship experience allows you and your beloved pets to come together in a sacred space to celebrate the bond between humans and animals. Recognizing that God made all creatures, including our pets, we believe it is fitting to let them worship with us. Experience an abbreviated Lutheran church service, where both you and your pets can receive a monthly communal blessing. 

To add to the joy, treats will be provided for all dog attendees. In the spirit of giving, we also invite you to support pets in need by bringing a donation item for the Charleston Animal Society. Your contributions will help us "Raise the Woof" and provide for homeless pets in our community.

For your convenience, clean-up kits are available in case of any pet accidents during the service. Whether you have two legs or four, all are welcome to this inclusive gathering at St. Johannes.
